Thanks to our experience and dedication, we've mastered the craft of making special empanadas and arepas from a recipe inspired by my grandma from Medellin, Colombia. Beef Empanadas
The Perfect Choice
With our Colombian Empanadas we’ve managed to put a new spin on an old classic. These unique and tasty empanadas have an outer crust made with masarepa and fresh corn. The filling is shreaded beef and potatoes seasoned with love.
Frying these empanadas gives them a crispy exterior, but soft in the inside. It's traditional to serve these empanadas with mild spicy aji sauce.
Arepas de Chocolo

These arepas de chocolo are sweet, crunchy, chewy, yummy deliciousness.
We serve them with either cheese and beef or just cheese.
Doña Paisa arepas are traditionally made with fresh corn (chocolo), cane sugar, cheese and wrapped in banana leaves giving them that authentic Colombian paisa taste.
